Bring a real job description to a demo. Ask to see how hireEZ finds candidates for that job, what the recruiter reviews before moving someone forward, and what information reaches your existing hiring software. Those are the steps your team will use repeatedly.
When Instant Expert makes sense
Instant Expert is useful when there are particular people you want to speak with, including people who have not applied for your job. You offer payment for their time and explain the opportunity in the invitation.
For example, you could invite someone to a 15-minute call about your first customer implementation role. Tell them what they would do, where the job is based and the salary range. Use the call to explain the role, answer their questions and find out whether they are interested.
If a call feels premature, request a paid reply asking whether they would like to discuss the opportunity. They can respond in text or voice.
What they cost
As of September 25, 2026, hireEZ pricing starts at $494 a month for solo access, with a seven-day trial. Enterprise pricing is custom. Check which features your plan includes, particularly screening, scheduling and connections to your hiring software.
Instant Expert shows a price for each person you want to invite. Review the total before sending. For regular recruiting, compare hireEZ with the tools and work it would replace. For a few paid introductions, check the prices of those specific requests.
How to start
In Instant Expert, describe the experience you are looking for, review the people found and choose whom to invite. If you already have a list, import contacts using name and company, email or LinkedIn URL.
Choose a call or reply, inspect the price and write the invitation around the actual job. If you both want to continue after the conversation, move into your normal interview process.
