The billing details matter as much as the access fee. Inex One says most participating networks bill a 30-minute call at 80% of their hourly rate. Do not assume half an hour costs half the hourly price. Its page also describes overtime rounding and a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice requirement. Confirm those terms against the actual call quote.
