Sales tool comparisons
Instant Expert vs Kaspr: contact a LinkedIn prospect or invite them to a paid call?
Compare Kaspr’s LinkedIn contact lookup and CRM integrations with Instant Expert’s paid invitations, including plan and credit differences.
Kaspr helps you get contact details for people you find on LinkedIn. Instant Expert lets you use a known profile to invite someone to a paid call or reply. Choose Kaspr if you need the details in your existing sales tools. Choose Instant Expert if the immediate goal is a specific paid exchange.
The Kaspr route
Kaspr’s Chrome extension reveals available phone numbers and emails from LinkedIn. You can move enriched contacts into tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Its integration directory also lists Aircall and Ringover for calling. Kaspr integrations
This is useful for a seller who researches prospects on LinkedIn and then works from a CRM or dialer. Before choosing a plan, check that it supports your version of LinkedIn: the pricing page lists Sales Navigator support on Starter and Recruiter Lite support on Business.
Price and credit differences
Kaspr’s euro monthly prices are €59 per user for Starter and €99 for Business. Starter lists 100 phone credits a month; Business lists 200. Both advertise unlimited B2B email credits, but direct-email and phone allowances are separate. A free plan has smaller allowances. Checked September 26, 2026. Kaspr pricing
If you mainly call people, compare the phone allowance and exports you need. “Unlimited B2B emails” does not mean unlimited phone lookups. Annual billing and other currencies have different prices.
Instant Expert quotes each recipient’s proposed call or reply. You inspect that offer before sending rather than buying a pool of contact-lookup credits.
You already have the profile URL
You can import a known LinkedIn URL into Instant Expert without first using Kaspr to find an email. CSV imports also support name plus company or a known email. Review the imported person, choose the request format and write what you want to discuss. This is not a native Kaspr integration.
For example, a founder building maintenance software could invite a facilities manager to a paid 15-minute product walkthrough. Explain what the software does and what reaction you want. If the real question is who chooses maintenance software, a focused reply request may be enough:
In a maintenance-software purchase you were involved in, which roles evaluated the tool and which approved the purchase?
The person can reply in text or voice. Read their background for evidence that the question fits, and avoid assuming every facilities manager has handled a software purchase.
Use Kaspr when you need contact data flowing into the sales tools you already operate. Use Instant Expert when you want to make the paid invitation itself, with a clear topic and an offer the recipient can consider.
