Instant Expert vs Lead411: prospecting signals or paid conversations?
Compare Lead411 contact data, growth signals and export pricing with Instant Expert’s paid calls and replies.
Lead411 helps you find contacts and prioritize companies for sales outreach. Instant Expert helps you offer particular people payment for a call or reply. Lead411 is useful for a continuing prospecting workload; Instant Expert is useful for a clearly defined conversation.
What Lead411 adds to a prospect list
Lead411 provides contact data and company information, with filters such as role, location and technology. Its growth scoring combines events including hiring, funding and senior appointments. That can help a seller decide which accounts to look at first. Lead411 scoring
Suppose you sell software for coordinating equipment for new employees. A company that is hiring may be worth researching. But the hiring signal does not establish that equipment provisioning is difficult there. A sensible opening asks how the work is handled instead of claiming you know what is broken.
What does it cost?
Lead411’s monthly pricing lists Spark at $49 with 1,000 exports, and Ignite starting at $150 with 1,000 or more exports. Both cards include email and direct-phone data; Ignite lists API access. Annual plans have different allowances and features. A free trial includes 50 exports. Checked September 26, 2026. Lead411 pricing
Confirm the plan’s exports and any intent-data add-on you need. A page advertising unlimited options does not make the monthly Spark allowance unlimited.
Instant Expert displays an offer for each recipient in your draft. You choose the people and request format, then review the prices before sending.
From a company signal to a useful conversation
With Lead411, your rep can obtain suitable contact details and introduce the equipment product through the normal sales process.
With Instant Expert, you could invite an IT or operations practitioner to a paid research call about an actual onboarding:
Would you take a paid 30-minute call about how your team arranged equipment for a recent group of new starters? I’m interested in the steps and handoffs, rather than employee names or confidential records.
Read the profile for relevant responsibilities. At the beginning of the call, ask which parts the person handled. If you want to show your product instead, state that in the invitation. An offer to pay for a demo should not arrive disguised as a research interview.
Using a shortlist you already have
Export the selected contacts and import them into Instant Expert by CSV using name plus company, email or LinkedIn URL. This is a file transfer, not a native Lead411 integration. You can also search directly for relevant people.
Choose a call when you need to ask follow-up questions. For a narrow question, request a reply; the recipient chooses text or voice. Keep ordinary sales follow-up and paid invitations coordinated so the same person does not receive conflicting messages.
