Instant Expert vs Leadfeeder: website visitors or paid feedback?
Leadfeeder identifies companies visiting your website. Learn when that helps, and when an Instant Expert paid conversation is the more useful next step.
Use Leadfeeder to identify companies visiting your website. Use Instant Expert to invite people to paid calls or replies. Leadfeeder is useful when you have relevant traffic to investigate. Instant Expert can help you reach people whether or not they have visited your site.
What Leadfeeder tells you
After you add its tracking script, Leadfeeder matches website activity to companies and shows the pages viewed. You can review those accounts, filter them and send useful company information to your CRM. Leadfeeder Web Visitors
The important limit is simple: a company visit is not proof that a particular employee visited. Leadfeeder says individuals are not shown by default. Finding an operations manager at the company afterward does not establish that they viewed your pricing page.
For example, if a manufacturer appears in the visitor feed, research the company and identify a relevant role. Introduce your product based on that fit. Do not open with “I saw you on our pricing page” unless you actually know that about the person.
Pricing and what to check first
Leadfeeder’s free Lite plan includes up to 100 identified companies a month and seven days of visitor history. Its euro annual-billing page lists Discover starting at €79 per month, Activate at €369 and Scale at €599. Prices depend on identified-company volume and, for relevant plans, credits. These are euro figures checked September 26, 2026; choose your billing period and currency on the pricing page. Leadfeeder pricing
Repeated visits from the same company count as one identified company within the month. Before buying more capacity, inspect whether the identified companies fit your audience and whether someone on the team can follow up.
Instant Expert prices individual requests. You review the offer for each person before sending.
If the question is why your page is unclear
Visitor identification will not explain what a reader misunderstood. For that, invite people with the right background to look at the page and discuss it.
A founder selling maintenance-planning software might write:
Would you take a paid 15-minute call to look at our maintenance-planning product page? I’d like to hear what you think the product does and what you would need to know before considering it. This includes a review of our product, not a general research interview.
Search for people who handle relevant maintenance work, read their profiles and review the offers. Do not describe them as previous visitors unless they have said they visited. Ask them what they understand before explaining the page yourself.
You can import a known person into Instant Expert using email, LinkedIn URL or name plus company. A transferred CSV is a manual handoff, not a Leadfeeder connector. Start a paid request when you need the person’s explanation rather than another traffic report.
