Instant Expert vs LeadIQ: capture a prospect or request a paid call?

Compare LeadIQ’s contact capture, CRM sync and email drafting with Instant Expert’s paid calls and replies.

LeadIQ helps sales reps move prospect information into their existing tools. Instant Expert helps you invite selected people to a paid call or reply. The first is useful when contact capture is repetitive work; the second is useful when you want to compensate someone for a particular conversation.

When LeadIQ solves the immediate problem

Suppose your reps find people on the web, copy details into Salesforce and prepare emails in a sales-engagement tool. LeadIQ’s Chrome extension and capture-and-sync workflow address those steps. Its Prospecting Hub lists integrations including Salesforce, Gong and Salesloft, plus Scribe for drafting sales emails from available context. LeadIQ Prospecting Hub

A useful demo follows one of your actual prospect records from the profile into the destination tool. Check the email and employer fields, whether an existing record is handled correctly, and whether the rep can use the result without re-entering it. Ask about any custom field mapping your team needs.

That is a more concrete purchase decision than simply asking whether the product uses AI.

How LeadIQ pricing works

LeadIQ uses a credit-volume selector. Its free plan lists one user and 50 credits, while Pro includes up to five users. The page lists one credit for an email, ten for a phone number and three for account enrichment. Enterprise requires a quote. Checked September 26, 2026. LeadIQ pricing

Set the volume and billing period before comparing the price. Do not multiply a package price by five when five users are already included, or treat a phone lookup as costing the same as an email lookup.

Instant Expert quotes the call or reply for each recipient. Review those offers in the request draft; they are not a subscription allowance for contact data.

When you need a person to explain the work

Imagine you are building software that connects a CRM to an operations system. Capturing contacts does not tell you who handles exceptions when the systems disagree. An Instant Expert reply request could ask:

In work you have handled, what happens when the CRM and operations system disagree about a customer’s status? Which team resolves it?

Look for someone with relevant hands-on responsibility and explain that you are researching the workflow. A reply can be written or spoken, at the recipient’s choice. Use a call if you need follow-up questions or want to show a product; describe a demonstration plainly in the invitation.

Bringing an existing person into Instant Expert

Import an email, LinkedIn URL or a CSV with name plus company. Review the matched profile, add the person to a draft and inspect the message and offer before sending. A CSV transfer from LeadIQ is not a native integration.

An assistant connected to Instant Expert can prepare a request and, with paid-sending permission, a saved card and your explicit approval, send it. Start with a relevant person when a conversation is the next useful step; choose LeadIQ when your sales team needs better contact capture throughout its working day.
