Before moving your team to Loxo, use a real role to evaluate the workflow. Ask the vendor to show how a recruiter's shortlist, a hiring manager's feedback, a candidate reply, and the next interview step stay connected.
Then check one candidate with earlier applications. Can another recruiter understand the history without opening your old system? That matters more to a migration than seeing a new list of plausible profiles. Ask how your existing notes and fields would transfer.
