What Paraform does
Paraform matches companies with specialized recruiters and uses custom AI agents to support candidate sourcing. A dedicated talent strategist helps manage the search, and the system uses your feedback to refine the candidates presented. Paraform for companies, Paraform overview
That support is relevant when your team lacks the time or recruiting network to keep a search moving. It still needs a clear brief and prompt feedback from the hiring team.
Its company page says the fee is a percentage of first-year base salary, payable upon hire. It did not publish a universal percentage when checked on September 26, 2026. The page also offers a free replacement search if a hire does not work out within 90 days. That is a replacement search, rather than a stated refund. Ask for the fee and applicable terms for your role.
Resolve the role before expanding the search
Suppose you are hiring a first solutions engineer. One founder wants someone to build integrations; another wants someone to lead enterprise sales demonstrations. A recruiter needs to know how much of each the job actually involves.
Give Paraform two candidate examples and explain the tradeoff: a product engineer with customer experience, and a sales engineer who has mostly worked with an established product. Decide which skills the person must bring and which can be learned. Feedback such as “must build integrations independently” is more useful than “not senior enough.”
If you are unsure how to design the role, you could first pay an experienced solutions-engineering leader for an advisory call through Instant Expert. Say that you want advice on the role, rather than suggesting that they are being recruited.
When you already know whom you want to meet
Instant Expert lets you search for professionals or import contacts, inspect their experience, and send selected people a paid request after reviewing their offers. A reply's recipient chooses text or voice. Instant Expert
For a recruiting call, describe the real opening: responsibilities, team, compensation, location, and time requested. A 30-minute introduction can let both sides decide whether a formal interview is worthwhile. Payment compensates their time; it does not commit them to the interview process.
Ask Paraform for a proposal when specialist recruiting effort is the missing resource. Search Instant Expert when your team can handle the search and wants a direct introduction, or a clearly described advisory conversation before hiring.
