What to check in a demonstration
Suppose you want implementation partners to explain why project plans change. Give proSapient one of your actual interview questions: “Tell me about the last deployment where the plan changed after work began.”
Ask to see what the moderator does with a vague answer such as “the requirements changed.” A useful follow-up would ask what changed and what work had to be repeated. Then inspect the transcript behind the summary. This shows whether the interview produces the detail your team needs.
Also ask which materials your quote includes: recordings, transcripts, a file of individual answers, and a written summary are separate things. proSapient describes several possible outputs, with the package depending on the project.
