Choose Snov.io when you need to find contacts and run email campaigns. Choose Instant Expert when you want to pay selected professionals for a call or a reply. Snov.io combines prospecting, email verification and follow-up sequences. Instant Expert starts with the people and the conversation you want to request.

Understand the two Snov.io limits

Snov.io’s monthly plans have separate allowances for researching contacts and contacting recipients. These entry plans were checked September 26, 2026:

PlanMonthly priceResearch creditsCampaign recipients
Starter$391,0005,000
Pro S$995,00025,000

Credits cover tasks such as finding a prospect or verifying an email. Recipients count the people you contact through campaigns. Follow-up messages to the same person during the same billing period do not consume another recipient allowance. Pricing, monthly billing FAQ and recipient rules

This distinction affects which plan you need. If you bring a clean contact list, your main constraint may be campaign recipients. If you need to find and verify most of the list, examine the research credits too. A large recipient allowance does not include the same number of new contact searches.

Snov.io can send condition-based follow-ups and collect responses from connected accounts in Unibox. It also offers LinkedIn automation as a separate paid add-on. Check that your proposed package includes the channels you plan to use. Campaign features

What an Instant Expert request looks like

Instant Expert shows a quote for each person and request. A paid call gives you time for follow-up questions; a paid reply suits a narrower question. For replies, the recipient chooses text or voice. Instant Expert

For example, suppose you offer a recruiting operations service. You could use Snov.io to introduce it through an email campaign and follow up with interested prospects. Before refining the service, however, you may want to understand how coordinators handle interview rescheduling.

A research invitation could say:

I’m developing a recruiting operations service. I’d like to pay for a 30-minute call about the last time you rescheduled a multi-person interview: what changed, whom you contacted and which tools you used.

That tells the person what experience matters and what you want to discuss. Begin the call with their actual role in that example, rather than assuming a coordinator title tells you everything.

Using a shortlist you already have

Instant Expert accepts known people by email, LinkedIn URL or a CSV containing names and companies. A Snov.io export can be transferred manually; there is no native connection implied by that handoff.

Review the profiles, add suitable recipients to a draft and check the message and individual prices. If you intend to pitch your service during the call, describe that in the invitation. Use Snov.io when you want to operate and improve a repeatable campaign; use Instant Expert when you have a clear reason to compensate someone for their time.
