Manatal's FAQ distinguishes a job from headcount: one job can have several openings. It also confirms that buying more seats does not multiply the account's job allowance.

The important detail for a team keeping hiring history is that archived jobs still count toward the limit. Archiving a completed search does not free that capacity. Manatal's job-deletion documentation says permanently deleted jobs stop counting, but deletion also removes associated data and cannot be undone.

Choose a plan that accommodates the records you need to retain. Before paying, count the job records you intend to keep and compare that with the 15-job allowance. For a recruiting introduction, explain the role, responsibilities, working arrangement and compensation range. A 15-minute call can give the person a chance to hear about the opening and ask questions. For a narrower question, request a paid reply; the recipient chooses written or voice.

Review the person, invitation and quoted amount before sending. If they want to enter the hiring process, record the agreed next step in Manatal. A paid conversation gives you a chance to discuss the opportunity; it does not make someone an applicant.
